LB Civil is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kieran Davis as our new General Manager. Kieran brings 17 years of invaluable experience in civil engineering; specialising in horizontal infrastructure, land development, and earthworks. His extensive knowledge and proven track record, particularly across high-value projects in the Canterbury region, position him as a key figure as LB Civil continues to grow and expand our operations.

Kieran’s work ethic and passion for tackling industry challenges align perfectly with our strategic vision, while his leadership and problem-solving abilities make him an ideal fit within the company as we continue to excel in delivering high quality, innovative infrastructure solutions to our clients and stakeholders.

Kieran’s journey began in the trenches of the civil construction industry with Fulton Hogan, where he honed his extensive skills in programming, sequencing, and cost management, coupled with deep expertise in contract management. In his previous roles spearheading large-scale infrastructure projects such as Te Ara Ihutai Christchurch Coastal Pathway, Kieran’s meticulous planning and comprehensive understanding of construction contracts has been instrumental in his project delivery success.

Outside of work, Kieran enjoys quality time with his family, fishing, playing rugby, and golfing. Kieran’s wealth of experience makes his appointment an exciting milestone in LB Civil’s journey, and we look forward to the growth and innovation he will undoubtedly bring to the team.
