Quality Management
Our comprehensive quality management plan is underpinned by detailed processes and methodologies, which are in line with our ISO accreditations, that ensure consistency and quality assurance across all our projects. We strive for a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing our processes, evaluating and implementing necessary modifications, thereby affirming our commitment to the pursuit of operational excellence.
First Aid
All LB Civil personnel hold Level 5 First aid certificates and attend bi-yearly HSE seminars held in-house by elite industry professionals who have spent extensive periods in the special forces, undertaking international peace keeping operations.
Industry Requirements
All staff hold ConstructSafe and SiteSafe passports, and attend quarterly health and safety seminars provided by industry, where the focus is on industry alerts and risk management. Lessons learnt from these events are incorporated into LB’s day-to-day operations and any policy updates reviewed against the existing.
